These sessions are for 18+years. All the sessions are run as a mixed ability class and a good way to keep fit and learn some gymnastics and meet new people. All the sessions are friendly and there is no need to book just turn up on the day.

The classes cost £9 per class (evenings) and £10 per class (mornings) with an additional £17.50 every six months for insurance / membership..

Tuesday’s 8.30pm-10pm

Thursday’s 8.30pm-10pm

Friday’s 10am-12pm
