The vast majority of club members attend the general gymnastics sessions. These sessions provide an opportunity for children aged five years and over who just 'want a go at gymnastics' to participate in the sport. We do not select on ability, you just need to be able to enjoy yourself.

The gymnasts work towards the various badge schemes the BG and BTF endorse. The highlight of the year for many is the Club Competition held in the Summer.

These sessions are through membership. The classes cost £24.50 per month with an additional £17.50 every six months for insurance / membership.
